What’s on Your #Breakfast plate?

Hi guys! Thought I would share our top two favorite breakfast goodies that we have been loving lately. As usual, we have either eggs (fried, scrambled, or boiled), bacon, sausage, fish, egg muffins/casserole, sweet potato hash, fruits, vegetables, and so on. But the boys get extra excited about my making coconut flour pancakes or Banana Dark Chocolate muffins. The pancakes are so quick and easy to make, and you can make them in variety of ways. Paleoplan.com has a great recipe here as well as wellnessmama.com, here. I use PaleoPlan which calls for blueberries and walnuts which we absolutely love. Other ingredients include bananas, eggs, almond butter, and coconut flour. It’s that easy. You can use any of these add-ins for great flavor: chopped strawberries and coconut flakes, pears/apples and cinnamon/pecans, mango and any type of nuts, or dark chocolate chips! It’s a great, healthy, grain free pancakes to add a little bit of brain boost and happiness to the table!


Another option we love is Banana Dark Chocolate Muffin. I fell in love with MultiplyDelicious.com even more when this recipe was posted. These babies are DELICIOUS. It’s healthy and very easy to make! We enjoy them with scrambled eggs and ‘almost raw’ grassfed whole milk. Honestly, we enjoy these muffins any time of the day. In fact, I think I’m going to make a batch, like right now.
